Join us for our 8th annual Dance-A-Thon to raise money for Dancers Against Cancer! All kids ages 1.5-18 welcome- you do not have to be an ExtravaDance student. $10 registration! We Have Spot TV!
We are proud to offer Spot TV to all our dance families! You can watch your child’s class on your phone or computer every week! Because we do not have open observation and, in-class observation is difficult in every classroom, we offer a way to watch your dancer remotely with options to allow grandparents (who may live far away) to observe as well. Cameras are in every classroom and all classes are recorded.
Summer Dance Session at ED&T
Why stop dancing in the summer? Stay with the continuity of your regular combination classes or try something new – or both! The Summer session begins June 3rd. Weekly classes, camps and workshops will all be posted shortly. Summer is so much fun! New classes are added every week! 28th Annual Recital
Get Ready! Extravadance & Tumble presents our 28th Annual Recital “Forecast Follies” “Whatever the Weather We Are Dancing Together” Where: Walkertown High/Middle School Auditorium When: June 17th and 18th Showtimes: Friday, June 17th 6:30pm Saturday, June 18th at 10:00am, 12:30pm, 3:00pm Competition Showcase, Saturday June 18th 5:30pm Our recitals always include beautiful costumes, great music, and adorable, talented dancers!Except for the Competition Showcase, each recital is approximately an hour and fifteen minutes to an hour and 45 minutes with a short intermission. Guests are welcomed. Tickets are not necessary.
Summer Dance at ED&T 2022
Our Summer dance program is an 8-week session that includes combination classes, single genre classes, intensives, workshops, auditions, mini-camps and just plain dancing fun! Summer session is a great time to start dance for the first time as it is only 8 weeks, but long enough to learn and see if you want to continue in the fall session. There is absolutely no fear of being trapped in a long term contract for recreational (non- competitive) dance classes.
Trial Classes at ED&T
Everyone is welcome to try any class the first time at no charge if it is age and skill level appropriate. Also, all classes are paid on a month-to-month basis. Except for competitive dance, there is no long - term obligation until later in the year when recital preparation becomes necessary for dance classes. Until that time, you are only obligated to pay for the month you started. This negates the necessity for “6-week trial classes” and we can move on with the business of learning the
Recital Readiness Begins In February!
The month of February is always an exciting time at the studio! Not only Valentine dance fun, but the reveal of recital theme and beginning choreography for recital dances. Though we continue to progress with our technique curriculum, we add a little recital choreography each week as we move towards completing our dances in time for plenty of practice before recital. Showtime Team! Going Strong at ED&T
Our new Showtime Time Team continues to grow, and we would love you to be part of it! What is Showtime Team! It is a non-competitive dance team geared toward community performances and dance team FUN! Minimal costumes and very low monthly tuition make Showtime a great team experience while enjoying dance!!
